Community

    C.A.F.E. strives to create a community where everyone is accepted along with providing members a space to be supported by others that experience similar things in day-to-day life with engineering. C.A.F.E. provides members not just friends but lifelong friendships that carry into other aspects of life and beyond college.

Leadership

    C.A.F.E. aims to help members grow and improve their leadership skills. We promote this by granting members opportunities to lead within the organization and to give their input on organizational functions. We have ongoing roles in our various committees that allow participants to practice both their interpersonal and logistical skills. Members are encouraged to take initiative, speak up, and lead by example. 

Personal Development

    C.A.F.E. continues to develop as a primary resource for personal development. With members spanning all levels of university involvement and knowledge, our organization has a foundational culture of supporting both the career and personal goals of our members. We seek to aid our members in achieving all their unique aspirations with our open communication style and professionally geared events. 

Our Goal

    Our organization's goal is to provide plenty of social opportunities to unite our members from a variety of engineering disciplines in the bonds of lifelong friendship. We plan events such as new member retreats, family reveals, date parties, game nights, formals, and a variety of other events. Several of our events are held in collaboration with other womens' and mens' organizations across campus to expose our members to many different academically-minded members of Texas A&M's student body. As of 2022, we have grown into 80 members and continue to improve towards making our member's college experience the best it can be. 

   Notable achievements of our members include staff/officer positions in other organizations, internships, Co-Ops, and full-time employment with companies including Disney, Amazon, Baker Hughs, Siemens, Deloitte, Accenture, Chart Industries, JP Morgan, and more.
